This workshop is going to help you understand a number of different practices of Pranayama and Yoga Nidra so that you can experience the diverse benefits of each practice. This will enable you to use them confidently and practically in your daily life and yoga classes.
In this practical workshop we will not only cover the theory of Pranayama and Yoga Nidra but we will also delve deeply into actual practices.
We look at:
• pranayama practices for beginner students
• appropriate pranayama practices for intermediate students
• pranayama and the connection to Ayurveda
• how to teach Yoga Nidra
• experience a full Yoga Nidra at the end of the workshop
