This is the newest Module we’ve added to our course. It is 4 weeks of asana work with Jennifer Stephens and the AYA team. I am so looking forward to this module. Delving deeper into asana, pranayama and yoga Nidra and learning how to adapt practices so that they better suite my physical abilities as well as those of my students.
We’ve been discussing and putting this module together for a while now and I can tell it’s already going to be my all time favourite.

But, Jennifer Stephens, in my opinion, is probably the best Hatha Yoga Teacher and Therapist in Cape Town (okay South Africa actually). She has a wealth of information and trust me, if you are looking to grow and deepen your yoga practice (on all levels) then you should seriously consider investing in this module. You won’t regret it!
All I can say is that I’ve been teaching for over 10 years now and have been joining her classes regularly these last couple of years when I’m here in CT. Each class I join I leave having learnt a little something new (not just yoga related, but about myself as well).
With her serene and compassionate state Jennifer exudes the true meaning of Yoga and you’ll learn so much from her. The tips and suggestions she’ll be making will be things that you can implement right away into your practice and share with others.
Like I said, I think this is going to end up being my all-time favourite module of the Academy. Trust me, it’s going to be worth the investment!
