Create One Healthy Habit with us this month

Start with one small change this coming month – early to bed (that’s getting easier since winter is here) and early to rise (okay not so easy… but still really worth the effort).

Check out this little video with Nina on why (Ayurvedically speaking) we should be getting to sleep before 10pm and getting up by 6am.

It is a jam-packed weekend with lots of new information. We get into some serious sub-dosha stuff here – it’s going to be great! (okay, it’s going to be a lot of work, but super informative, you’ll love it!!!)
